Very good experience. Brian was very helpful in pointing us to a good carpet choice after we explained to him what we were looking for. It was a great choice, and we have been very pleased with our new carpet. Janet was a pleasure to work with in the coordinating process. Also, they were able to get our new flooring installed very quickly once we were to that stage in our home remodel. In fact, they were waiting on us, we were never waiting on them. Overall, a very good experience!! Highly recommend.
